Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll email you with a tracking link that you can use to track your order. This link is also available on the "Deliveries" page of your account for each order:
By clicking on "Track package", you will be redirected to the DPD site which help you track your parcel’s journey.
Once on this site, copy your ‘Parcel label number’ and head to Postnord website. Select your country ‘Sverige’. Then paste your ‘Parcel label number’ and click on Search.
From there you’ll be able to ‘Select and Show delivery options’. If your package has been delivered to a collection point, you’ll find the address of this store on this page.
