Once your parcel has been dispatched we’ll send you a link to track your order via email. This link is also available under the "Deliveries" tab on your account:
To track your order, click on "Track package". You’ll be redirected to DPD’s website to follow your parcel’s journey.
To track your parcel via Postnord and see the options that are available to you click here.
Once you land on Postnord’s website, select ‘Danmark’ as your country and paste your ‘Parcel label number’ then hit Search.
You’ll now be able to ‘Select and Show delivery options’. If your package is left in a post office or collection point, the location of your parcel will be available here.
