Can I return my dog’s food if it’s not a right fit?
As your dog's kibble blend is tailored specifically to your dog's unique nutritional needs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on unwanted food. However, we want your dog to love their meals. If something isn't quite right, you have total flexibility to adjust your subscription to make it work.
Have leftover food? If you have unopened, unwanted bags at home, please consider donating them to a local animal shelter—it's a lovely way to help a rescue dog in need.
I have too much food at home - what should I do?
Don't worry, you are in full control of your delivery schedule. If your dog is eating a bit slower this month, you can easily delay or skip your next delivery:
Log in to your online Dashboard.
Adjust your next delivery date to a time that suits you. Note: Unopened Tails.com kibble stays perfectly fresh for up to 6 months if sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.
What if my dog doesn’t like their recipe or wants a new flavour?
Fussy eaters are our specialty! You can refresh your dog's menu at any time.
Change flavours: Log in to your online Dashboard to update your dog's flavour preferences.
Add wet food: Many dogs love a texture contrast. You can add wet food to your order by visiting the 'Wet Food' section of your dog's Meal Plan.
