If you've received an email that states 'we've noticed some of your details match another account we already have registered', your ongoing deliveries have been put on-hold and no payment has been taken.
We can only provide one discounted trial order per household. If you’re using the same personal details as an existing account that has already had a discounted trial from us, or signing up the same dog, we won’t be able to process a further discounted trial order.
Please send us an email if any of the following apply:
- You want to go ahead with a normal price order
- You’ve made a mistake when setting up your account
- You previously had matching details registered on your account and you have now updated these
- You’re sure that no one has received a discounted trial at your address or with the same payment details as you
