How often do I pay for my box?
Your payment schedule matches your delivery frequency. For most dogs, this is every 31 days, but for younger puppies, it is every 14 days.
We process your payment a few days before your delivery is due.
When is my first payment taken?
To ensure your dog doesn’t run out of food after their trial order, payment for your first full monthly order is taken towards the end of your trial period, and monthly thereafter.
Where can I see my next payment date?
You can check your upcoming delivery date, payment date, and the last date to make changes by logging into your online Dashboard.
We will always send you a reminder email before we start preparing your dog's food, giving you plenty of time to make any necessary adjustments to your monthly box.
What happens if I change my delivery date?
Because your payment is tied to your delivery, if you move your delivery date, your payment date will automatically change to match it. You are in complete control of your account and can delay, pause, or cancel your deliveries at any time directly from your online Dashboard.
