Looking for a record of your past payments or need an official invoice for your records? Here is how to find them.
How to view your payment history
Log into your online Dashboard.
Head to the 'Deliveries' tab on the main menu.
3. Then, select the individual delivery you'd like to see payment information on and you'll be able to see a total price breakdown and the amount you paid for each order (including any discounts).

Requesting a VAT or Payment Invoice
As we are a subscription service, VAT invoices aren't generated automatically in your Dashboard. If you need an official invoice for tax, insurance, or personal records, we are happy to create one for you!
How to get one: Simply get in touch with our Customer Experience Team.
What to include: Let us know which specific dates or order numbers you need the invoices for, and a member of our team will email them over to you.
