Running Low? What to do if your kibble isn't lasting all month
If you find that your dog’s kibble isn't quite lasting the full 31 days, we really want to get you back on track.
To help us recalculate your dog's portions and get your meal plan back in sync, please send us a quick email with the following details:
Your current scoop setting
Daily portions: How many scoops you give your dog per day.
Scoop weight (in grams): If you still have food left, please weigh exactly one scoop of your dog’s kibble. (Tip: Place your empty scoop on the scale, tare/zero it, then fill it with kibble to get the weight of the food only).
The date you ran out of kibble: If you have already completely run out of food, please let us know the exact date it finished.
Any helpful context: If you know why you may have run out early (e.g., your dog has been on more walks lately so you've fed a little extra, or they just seemed hungrier), let us know.
Once we have this information, our team will look into adjusting your plan.

Yes, absolutely! If you are running low and need your next box as soon as possible, you can easily bring your next delivery date forward. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to change your delivery date here.
