How do I add or remove Fresh Chews or Dental Dailies to my ongoing orders?
1.Login to your Tails.com account
2. Scroll to the 'Shop' section of account
3. Scroll down until you can see the 'Dental chews' section:
4.Add the chews you'd like by clicking on the '+' icon next to the chews (or '-' if removing). If adding them, you'll then be recommended the size of chew we recommend for your dog and recommendation for how many packs we'd recommend buying so that you have enough for the month:
Please note: If you're adding treats to your dog's meal plan for the first time, make sure your dog's meal plan is updated to include the fact you're now giving them treats too.
1. You can access your dog's meal plan on your online Dashboard
2. Just scroll down until you see 'meal plan'.
3. Then click on 'Manage meal plan' where you can adjust their portions to take into account the treats you'll now be feeding your dog.
I have a problem with the Dental chews that I've received
We'd never want your dog's Dental Chews arriving with you in less-than-perfect condition, so we'd really like to look into this for you.
