How do I order a new scoop?

If you’ve lost or damaged your adjustable Tails.com scoop, you can order a new one quickly and easily by logging in to your online account. Just follow these steps:
At the top of your Dashboard select the 'Deliveries' tab:
2. Then select 'View full delivery details' for your upcoming delivery:
3. You can then use the "Add or remove scoops" link under your order summary to add a scoop to the box.
Please note: If your order has already been processed/dispatched you won't be able to add a scoop to your order, so please send us an email so we can help you.
