How do I order a new scoop?

If you’ve lost or damaged your adjustable Tails.com scoop, you can order a new one quickly and easily by logging in to your online Dashboard and following these steps:
1.On your Dashboard you can see details of your upcoming delivery. Select 'View & manage'
2. On the order summary page, scroll down until you see 'Add or remove scoops' and select 'Add to next delivery'
Please note: If your order has already been processed/dispatched you won't be able to add a scoop to your order, so please send us an email so we can help you.
