How do I order a new scoop?

If you’ve lost or damaged your adjustable Tails.com scoop, you can order a new one quickly and easily by logging in to your online Dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose 'Deliveries' from the menu bar
2. Then select 'View full delivery details' of your scheduled order
3. On the order summary page, scroll down until you see 'Add or remove scoops' and select 'Add to next delivery'
Please note: If your order has already been processed/dispatched you won't be able to add a scoop to your order, so please send us an email so we can help you.
