Why are they not suitable for dogs under 14 weeks?
The supplements aren't designed to complement early stage nutrition as our early puppy kibble is already designed to provide this higher level of support already. Pups of this age are already facing lots of changes (new homes, vaccinations etc), therefore we don't recommend adding in another factor.
Can the supplements be taken alongside other medication?
We'd recommend speaking to your vet if your dog is already on another medication before purchasing our supplement chews.
Are they suitable for dogs with diabetes?
Most likely, however we'd recommend speaking with your vet before giving your diabetic dog any supplements.
Are they suitable for dogs with pancreatitis?
Unfortunately our supplements aren't suitable for dogs with pancreatitis.
Fat levels start at 11.3% and go up. We therefore wouldn't recommend giving your dog our supplements without speaking to your vet first.
Are they suitable for Dalmatians/dogs with Leishmania?
The chew supplements contain some high purine ingredients including pea protein and mussels. Therefore, we wouldn't recommend giving your dog our supplements unless you've spoken to your vet.

Are there any other health conditions we wouldn't recommend these for?
Dogs with digestive issues
Higher fat content in the skin and coat supplements might make them unsuitable for dogs with digestive issues but this will depend on your dog and their exact issues. It would be worth consulting your vet for more advice.
Dogs with swallowing problems
Dogs who struggle to swallow may struggle to consume these chews.
Cancer or Heart failure
If your dog has been diagnosed with cancer, heart failure or another health condition, we'd recommend speaking to your vet before purchasing our supplements.
