If you’re not at home when our couriers come to deliver your tails.com food, we can leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. You can update your delivery instructions by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- In the Quick Links section, choose 'Edit account details'
- Next to 'Delivery Details' choose ‘Change’
- When you’re happy, choose ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
