If you’re not at home when our couriers come to deliver your tails.com food, we can leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If you'd like a contact-free delivery during the coronavirus situation due to self-isolation or precautions you and your family are taking, you can add specific instructions so the delivery driver knows what to do.
You can update your delivery instructions by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- In the Quick Links section, choose 'Edit account details'
- Next to 'Delivery Details' choose ‘Change’
- When you’re happy, choose ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
