You're always in control of your account, and can pause or cancel your deliveries at any time. All you need to do is:
- Log in to tails.com
- Scroll down to the Quick Links section and click the 'Cancel' button.
- Confirm 'Cancel deliveries' on the next page.You'll then get an email as confirmation.
- Remember to make sure you make any changes to your orders before the last date for changes as we hand-blend each bag of tailored food. You can make changes right up until it's prepared, but not after.
