If you need to pause your next tails.com box or your ongoing deliveries for a longer period, this is easy to do from your online dashboard and following these steps:
- In the Quick Links section, choose ‘Delay or Pause’
- Choose ‘Pause Deliveries’. We’ll send an email confirming this has been done.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t make any changes to the delivery date once an order is in progress.
