How do I add or change my dog's profile photo?
Adding a photo of your dog is a great way to personalise their account! You can upload or update their picture at any time from your online Dashboard.
🔑 Before you start: Please make sure you are logged into your online account before following these steps:
- Find the photo section: Log into your online Dashboard and select the camera icon next to your dog's profile.

2. Upload your image: On the next page, you can add your photo in one of two ways:
From your device: Click the camera icon to browse and select a photo from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Drag and drop: If you are using a desktop, simply drag your image file directly into the green circle.
           Â
3. Adjust and save: Use the on-screen tools to zoom in, zoom out, or reposition the photo until it looks just right.
4. Finish up: Once you're happy with how it looks, select ‘Save’
Now you'll get to see your dog’s lovely face every time you log into your account!
