If you no longer have your dog or if they have sadly passed away, you can easily remove their profile from your Tails.com account.
How do I delete/hide a dog on my account?
To do this, log in to your online Dashboard and follow these steps:
- In the Quick Links section, choose ‘Cancel’
2. Select the relevant cancellation reason such as ‘My dog has passed away’.
3. Confirm that you’d like to cancel from the pop-up window
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t cancel an existing delivery once it’s in progress.
