If you no longer have your dog or if they have sadly passed away, you can easily remove their profile from your Tails.com account.
How do I delete/hide a dog on my account?
To do this, log in to your online Dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Choose 'My Account' at the top of the page
2. Scroll down and click 'Cancel deliveries'
3. On the next page, choose ‘Cancel Deliveries’
4. Select the relevant cancellation reason, such as 'My dog has passed away', on the following page
5. Finally, make sure to confirm cancellation as the last step
We’ll send an email confirming your deliveries have been cancelled.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t cancel an existing delivery once it’s in progress.
