You’re always in control of your tails.com deliveries, and can easily change your next delivery date by logging-in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- In the Upcoming deliveries section, choose 'Manage Box'
- Then choose 'change date' ,select a new delivery window, and a reason for moving it from the list
- When you’re happy, choose ‘Confirm’ to change the date
This will change the date of your next delivery, and your future delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t make any changes to the delivery date once an order is in progress.
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
- Regular updates about where your parcel is.
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this).
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel.
