How to pause your deliveries
If you need to pause your ongoing deliveries, we're here to help. Please contact us here and a friendly member of our team will get back to you.
You can pause your deliveries on your online Dashboard, just follow these steps:
1. In the 'Quick Links' section, choose 'Pause/delay deliveries'
2. Choose ‘Pause Deliveries’, select how long you'd like to pause for and choose 'Save and continue'. We’ll send an email confirming this has been done.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t make any changes to the delivery date once an order is in progress.
Ready to resume orders?
When you're ready to order again, just log in to your Tails.com Dashboard and click 'Update and resume'.
You just want to pause your kibble for one month
If you'd like to order just wet food for one month, then please have a read here on how you can do this.
You have a backlog of kibble which is why you need to pause
If you're finding that your dog’s kibble is lasting longer than 31 days, please email us with the following information and a member of our team will help you:
- Your current scoop setting
- How many scoops you give your dog per day
- The weight (in grams) of one scoop of your dog’s kibble (measure out one scoop of their kibble and weigh it, do not include the weight of the scoop itself)
If you know how you may have ended up with too much kibble (e.g. you didn’t start the bag as soon as it arrived, or you sometimes give your dog a smaller portion) please let us know.
