How do I pause my deliveries?
If you need to pause your next Tails.com box or your ongoing deliveries, we're here to help. Please contact us here and a friendly member of our team will get back to you.
You can pause your deliveries on your online Dashboard, just follow these steps:
1. In the Quick Links section, choose 'Pause/delay deliveries'
2. Choose ‘Pause Deliveries’, select how long you'd like to pause for and choose 'Save and continue'. We’ll send an email confirming this has been done.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t make any changes to the delivery date once an order is in progress.
Ready to resume orders?
When you're ready to order again, just log in to your Tails.com Dashboard and click 'Update and resume'.
I just want to pause my dry food for one month
