If you’re not at home when our couriers come to deliver your tails.com food, we can leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour.
If you'd like a contact-free delivery you can add specific instructions so the delivery driver knows what to do.
If your deliveries are sent with Yodel the easiest way to add instructions is via the Yodel App. There are also other great features like:
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
- Regular updates about where your parcel is.
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this).
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel.
Alternatively you can update your delivery instructions by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose 'Account' from the menu bar
- Next to 'Delivery Details' choose ‘Change’
- Update your delivery instructions, and when you’re happy, choose ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
