If you'd like a contact-free delivery during the coronavirus situation due to self-isolation or precautions you and your family are taking, you can add specific instructions so the delivery driver knows what to do.
You can update your delivery instructions by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose 'Account' from the menu bar
- Next to 'Delivery Details' choose ‘Change’
- When you’re happy, choose ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
