How do I update my account details?
You are always in full control of your Tails.com account. You can update your personal details, email address, password, or contact information at any time directly through your online Dashboard.
🔑 Before you start: Please ensure you are logged into your account to use the shortcuts below.
Follow the steps below:
- Choose My account from the menu bar
2. Click 'Update' next to the specific information you want to edit (e.g. Name, email address, or phone number).
3. Make your changes, then select 'Update details' to confirm and save.
Can I delete my details entirely?
If you'd like us to remove your personal information/card details and delete your account entirely, then a member of our Customer Experience Team can help.
