Why has my monthly price changed?
Because your dog’s food is tailored specifically to them, your monthly price can occasionally change. Here are the three most common reasons why your total might look a little different, and what we can do to help.
1. Updating Your Dog's Profile
When you update your dog’s details (like their weight, activity level, flavour preferences, or health conditions), it can change the ingredients we use or the amount of food they need.
Portion sizes: If your dog gains weight or becomes more active, they will need larger portions, which can increase the cost.
Ingredient changes: Different ingredients have different costs. For example, if your dog’s recipe switches from chicken to lamb because of a new flavour preference or allergy exclusion, the price may increase because lamb is a more expensive ingredient.
No Surprises: You will always see a clear breakdown of any price changes on your screen before you confirm any updates to your dog's profile.
2. General price adjustments
Occasionally, the global cost of raw materials, high-quality ingredients, packaging, labour, and transportation increases.
We only ever adjust our prices when absolutely necessary. We do this so we can continue working with our trusted suppliers and ensure we never have to compromise on the quality of your dog's nutrition. If our suppliers’ costs decrease in the future, we'd follow suit and keep you informed of any changes.
If we ever need to implement a general price increase, we will always notify you well in advance before any changes go live.
3. What to do if you're struggling with the cost
We never want a dog to miss out on tailored nutrition, and we know that budgets can get tight. If you are struggling with your monthly price, please let us know - we want to help keep your dog on track!
How we can help: Our nutritional experts can often make minor tweaks to your dog's recipe ingredients or adjust their plan to help bring the monthly cost down to a more comfortable place for you.
