Updating your dog's details
Updating information on your dog’s profile may affect the price of your monthly orders.
Changing information on your dog’s profile (such as activity level, weight, taste preferences, exclusions, or health conditions) can change the ingredients within your dog’s recipe or the amount of food we recommend. These changes in ingredients and portion size can cause the price to increase or decrease.
For example, if your dog is on a chicken-based recipe, and you select lamb as a new favourite flavour, this may cause the price to increase as lamb is a more expensive ingredient.
You will always be informed of any changes to your monthly price before confirming any changes.
Price rises
The costs of our of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, labour and transportation can increase over time.
We’d never up our prices if we didn’t absolutely have to - we’ve made this choice so we can keep working with our trusted suppliers, without compromising on quality. If our suppliers’ costs were to reduce in the future, we’d follow suit and would keep you informed.
If we ever do need to increase our prices we'll always communicate this to you before any price changes go live.
