Can I remove ingredients from my dog's recipe?
You certainly can! You can choose to exclude certain ingredients when signing up or you can also choose to exclude ingredients once you've created an account.

If you already have an account and need to update your dog’s profile, log in to your online Dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Choose 'Dog profiles' from the menu bar
2. Under the 'Feeding' section, choose 'Update' next to the 'Excluded ingredients' section as seen below
3. Select the ingredients you'd like to exclude by selecting the square boxes, (for example Grain as below), followed by 'Continue'.
4. You'll then need to confirm your new feeding plan. Any changes you make may affect the price of your ongoing deliveries, but we’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes. Just select 'Confirm changes' if you're happy with your dog's new plan
Can I make my dog's recipe hypoallergenic?
Yes, you can also choose to make your dog’s unique recipe Hypoallergenic. Just select the check box next to 'Yes exclude, beef, dairy, egg, soya or wheat', as shown below:
How do I check my dog's recipe is hypoallergenic?
If you'd like to check whether or not your dog's recipe is hypoallergenic, you'll need to log in to your online Dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Choose 'Dog profiles' from the menu bar
2. Under the 'Feeding' section, you can check whether you have any exclusions currently listed on your account. If you have 'beef, dairy, egg, soya and wheat' excluded, your dog's recipe is hypoallergenic.
It won't let me exclude grain and chicken
If you choose to exclude grain from your dog's recipe, the only type of recipe we can offer is chicken-flavoured so you won't be able to exclude chicken too.
