We always send an email to let you know that your tails.com food has been dispatched so that you can track the progress of your parcel. You can also track your tails.com deliveries by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose 'Deliveries' from the menu bar
- Next to Scheduled Deliveries choose ‘Track Package’
This will take you to our courier’s website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
If your deliveries are sent with Yodel you can also use the Yodel App. There are some great features like:
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
- Regular updates about where your parcel is.
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this).
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel.
