We’ll attempt to take payment for your dog’s tails.com order a day or two before the start of your delivery window. You can view the billing date and delivery window for your upcoming order from your online dashboard.
If you need to change the payment date for an upcoming order, you can do this by changing your delivery date. Once you’ve chosen a new delivery date, you’ll be able to see your new billing date on your online dashboard.
If you need to change the payment date for an order already in progress, you can do this by logging into your online dashboard and following the steps below:
- Under the error message on your online dashboard, choose ‘view details’
- On the upcoming delivery page, choose ‘delay this delivery’
- Select your new billing and delivery date
- Choose ‘update’
Please note: We’ll attempt to take payment for an order in progress several times. If we’re unable to successfully take payment after these attempts, the order will be cancelled, however your ongoing orders will remain active unless you choose to pause or cancel.
