How can I adjust my wet food selection?

If you'd like to adjust your dog's wet food selection, you can do this really easily through your online account. You can do this from your Meal Plan tab. Just follow these steps:
- On your account, click on the dropdown arrow next to the 'Meal Plan' tab
- Select 'Wet Food' under 'Meal Plan Summary'
3. You'll now be able to see your dog's full wet food selection. You can add/remove wet food trays on this page simply by clicking on the '+' or '-' icons next to each wet food tray:

You can also filter your wet food selection by 'flavour', 'texture' and 'range' (Complete Care or Optimum Care) - simply select the box next to the criteria depending on what your dog enjoys and the filter will only show wet food trays in that criteria. You can see this list on the left of where you can see the wet
food trays to select.
5. Once you've made your selection of wet food trays, select 'update my box' and your dog's wet food selection will be updated.
How do I remove wet food from dog's order?
If you'd like to remove wet food from your dog's order entirely, you can do this through you online account as above. Follow the quick guide below:
1. On your account, click on the 'Meal Plan' tab.
2. Click on 'Wet Food'
3. You'll now be able to see your dog's full wet food selection. Simply remove all wet food trays from your order using the '-' symbol. Once you've cleared your wet food selection, click 'Update my box' and it'll come up with a pop up saying 'Are you sure you want to remove your selection?'. Click Yes.
4. This will remove your wet food from your order entirely and will remove the wet food from all your ongoing orders.
How do I pause my wet food for one month?
You aren't able to pause your wet food ongoing, however you are able to remove the wet food from your order by following the steps above for 'How do I remove my wet food from my dog's order?'. Just remember to log back in the next month to add your wet food back into your order again).
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery. Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we can’t make any changes to the delivery date once an order is in progress.
