My dog is having trouble with their tummy - can you help?
If you’re new to us, please have a read of our transition guide as it can take around 4 weeks for a dog’s tummy to adjust after starting a new food, so you may find that things improve on their own in time.
If your dog has been on their Tails.com recipe for a little while but is suffering with an upset tummy (e.g. loose stools, constipation, colitis, flatulence) we’d be happy to take a look at their feeding plan.
Please email us with answers to the following questions:
- What is the exact issue that your dog is experiencing?
- When did it start?
- Have you had a trip to the vet to check if it's not a symptom of a more serious condition?
- Does your dog have any other health conditions or on any medication?
- What do they currently get fed per day (including dry food, wet food, treats and scraps)
We'll then pass this to our Nutrition Team to have a look at. They may need to ask a few more questions to ensure they have the full picture before making any suggestions.
