How do I assemble my dog's scoop?
So you know where to set your scoop to, take a look at the Menu card that was included in your delivery, or at the front of the dry food bag. It'll be made up of a letter and a number. For example A-1.
You can also find your scoop setting on your Tails.com account in the ‘Feeding plan’ tab.

How do I fill my dog's scoop?
To make sure that your dog gets the right portions, it’s important to fill the Tails.com scoop correctly.
We recommend giving your dog 2 meals a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. If your dog is a puppy though, we recommend 3 meals (morning, lunch, and evening).
Each scoop contains a dotted line which represents half a scoop. To feed a full scoop, it’s important to fill the scoop all the way to the top. Once it’s full, lightly tap the bottom of the scoop on a flat surface to adjust the position of the kibbles. In doing so, you may need to add a few more kibbles to make ensure the kibbles are aligned with the top of the scoop.
