If you’ve got dry food piling up every month, we’d like to make sure your dog’s feeding plan is correct.
Our feeding plans are set up from the information on your dog’s profile, so the more accurate their details are, the more accurate our recommended portions will be.
Here are a few steps you can take to make sure everything is up-to-date on your account:
- Your dog’s profile: make sure all the information is correct: your dog’s weight and condition, their activity level, has your dog been neutered/spayed recently. These details have a direct impact on the portions we’re sending to your dog, so it’s important to keep them updated.
- Your dog’s feeding plan: We adjust your dog’s recipe over time to provide them with everything they need, so the scoop setting may have changed too. Take a look at the menu card in each delivery to stay up to date.
