Our tailored approach means that we can exclude unwanted ingredients from your dog's tailored kibble blend, whilst still making sure they get a complete and a balanced diet.
If you'd like to exclude grain from your dog's tailored kibble blend, you can do this on your account.

If you already have an account and need to update your dog’s profile, log in to your online Dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Choose 'Dog profiles' from the menu bar
2. Under the 'Feeding' section, choose 'Update' next to the 'Excluded ingredients' section as seen below
3. Select 'Grain' as an ingredient that you'd like to exclude, by selecting the square box, followed by 'Continue'.
4. You'll then need to confirm your new feeding plan. Any changes you make may affect the price of your ongoing deliveries, but we’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes. Just select 'Confirm changes' if you're happy with your dog's new plan
It won't let me exclude grain and chicken
If you choose to exclude grain from your dog's recipe, the only type of recipe we can offer is chicken-flavoured so you won't be able to exclude chicken too.
Please be aware: As we handle a wide range of ingredients, trace amounts can be present. For dogs with severe allergies, we recommend working with your vet to find the safest diet.
