You can update your dog's weight and condition through your account very easily. It is vital to keep your dog’s profile update to date because this ensures their food provides exactly what they need for a happy, healthy life.
You can update your dog's weight and condition by following the steps below:
*Please make sure you're logged in before following the links below
1. From the menu bar, choose ‘Dog profiles’
2. Under the 'Health' section, choose ‘Update’ next to 'Weight & condition'
3. Once updated, choose ‘Confirm changes’ to save these details. You'll be given your dog's new meal plan once your dog's details have been updated.
Please note: Any changes you make may affect the price of your ongoing deliveries, but we’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes.
