My dog has a health issue they need help with
You can add a health issue on your dog's profile through your account very easily. It is vital to keep your dog’s profile update to date because this ensures their food provides exactly what they need for a happy, healthy life.
You can add a health issue following the steps below:
*Please make sure you're logged in before following the links below
- Log in: Access your online Dashboard
- From the menu bar, choose ‘Dog profiles’
2. Under the 'Health' section, choose ‘Update’ next to 'Health Issues'
3. Here you can add several health conditions - we can adjust your dog's recipe to help with their joints, skin and coat, digestion and also pancreatitis.
4. Once updated, choose ‘Confirm changes’ to save these details. You'll be given your dog's new meal plan once your dog's details have been updated.
Please note: Any changes you make may affect the price of your ongoing deliveries, but we’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes.
