How do I update my dog's gender?
Keeping your dog’s profile accurate is really important, if you've entered the wrong gender for your dog, you can easily change this through your online account.
To update your dog's gender please follow these steps:
Log in: Access your online Dashboard
From the menu bar, choose ‘Dog profiles’
3. Under the 'Gender' section, choose ‘Update’.
4. Here you can adjust your dog's gender if it has been entered incorrectly.
5. Once updated, choose ‘Confirm changes’ to save these details. You'll be given your dog's new meal plan once your dog's details have been updated.
