How to restart your account
We get it—life changes, schedules shift, and sometimes you need to take a break. But if your dog is staring at their empty bowl or missing their favourite food, we’ve made it incredibly easy to welcome them back.
You can reactivate your account and get things running again in just a few clicks.
Just follow the steps below:
- Log into your online Dashboard using your registered email and password.
- You'll then be able to see an option for 'Update & restart'. Click on this to begin.
3. You can the update any details on your dog's profile that might have changed - for example their favourite flavours or their weight and condition. Just select 'update' next to whichever details you need to update:
4. Once you're happy that all of your dog's details are updated, choose your delivery window and select 'Restart deliveries'.
