Why don't I receive the same box contents every month?
We send out products according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and the World Small Animal Veterinary Association.
Our Tails.com subscription protect against fleas, ticks and worms: the products we use kills fleas for 8 weeks, ticks for 4 weeks and wormer that only needs to be administered every 3 months in adult pets.
What will I receive each month?
You'll receive the flea/tick spot-on will every month and the wormer every three months.
There are many other factors and variations that our veterinary team takes into account when determining the schedule and during very high flea season the vets may decide to use slightly stronger spot-on medications.
