How do I order the treatment?
Before you start, please ensure you are logged into your Tails.com account.
- On your account, click on the 'Shop' tab
2. Scroll down until you see the 'Flea, tick and worm treatment' option, then click on the photo.
3. Choose the day of the month you would prefer to receive your treatment box. Once your date is selected, simply click 'Subscribe'.
Your personalised treatment box will now be delivered automatically every month alongside your regular deliveries!
Can I order the Flea and Tick Treatment or the Wormer separately?
No, our parasite treatments cannot be ordered separately. Our flea, tick, and worming products are specifically designed to work together safely as a complete system. Only using one part of the treatment leaves your pet unprotected against major parasites.
Furthermore, mixing our products with alternative, over-the-counter brands that aren't designed to complement them could cause negative interactions or accidental overdosing. To keep your pet completely safe and fully covered, we only offer them as a combined subscription.
