How do I remove products from my order?

You’re always in control of your Tails.com deliveries, and can remove items (treats, wet food trays, toys) from your dog’s box by logging-in to your online Dashboard and following these steps :
- Head to the Shop Section of your account
2. Click on 'Products she/he’s receiving'
3. Click on the item you’d like to remove and click on the '-' sign on the product.
A message will confirm that the item has been removed from your dog’s box.
Please note: make sure to check the ‘last date for changes’ for your next delivery as we won’t be able to make any changes to your box once an order is in progress.
NB: With our tailored dry food being the core of what we do, you won’t be able to remove this from your monthly orders. However, if you'd like to order wet food for one month you can see how to do this here.
