How do I remove products from my order?
You’re always in control of your deliveries. You can easily remove extra items (like treats, wet food, or toys) from your next box directly from your online Dashboard.
Before you start: Please make sure you are logged into your account.
Follow these steps :
- Head to the 'Deliveries' section of your online account.
2. Click on your next scheduled delivery by selecting 'View full delivery details'
3.Click on 'edit' next to the item you'd like to remove from your order, as shown below:
4. Click on the minus sign (-) to reduce the quantity or remove it entirely from your order and select 'Update'.
A message will confirm that the item has been removed from your dog’s box.
Important to know:
Removing kibble: As your tailored dry food blend is the core of your subscription, it cannot be removed from your monthly orders.
