I’m trying to register more than one dog and it won’t let me

I’m getting an error message when trying to sign up
We’re sorry that you’re having a little trouble trying to sign up. Here’s a couple of tips that may help:
1. Try refreshing the page, I know it sounds obvious but sometimes it solves everything.
2. If that doesn't work, try signing out of your account and then back in (you'll see this option in the top right-hand corner). And don't worry, your details will be saved.
If both of those don't work, please contact us and let us know the following:
- Which point did you reach before you started to experience the problem?
- Do you see any error messages? If so, can you let us know the exact error message so that we can look into this for you?
- Which device and internet browser are you using to access the website?

My dog’s old food isn’t listed
We do have an extensive list of dry kibble brands to choose from, however, we know there are lots out there and we're missing a few.
If you're able to select 'Other' from the drop-down list, you'll be able to continue through sign up and we'll prepare a delicious recipe for your dog using a range of easily digestible ingredients.
It's saying I have a matching account
