What to do if your order is marked as "Delivered" but you can't find it

1. Check common "Safe Places"
Drivers often look for secure spots around your property if you aren't home. Please take a quick look around your:
Porch or doorstep
Garage or carport
Backyard, garden, or side pathways
Sheds, greenhouses, or outbuildings
Behind recycling/rubbish bins
2. Check with your neighbours
Sometimes drivers will leave a package with a next-door neighbour to ensure it isn't left out in the open. It is always worth checking with those living directly adjacent to or across from you.
3. Review your delivery confirmation
Check your tracking link or delivery email. Drivers often upload a photo of where the parcel was left or leave a specific note (e.g., "Left in green bin").
