Managing your kibble backlog
If you find that your dog’s kibble is lasting longer than 31 days and you're building up a backlog, we are here to help get you back on track!
To help us get you back on track please send us a quick email with the following details:
Your current scoop setting
Daily portions: How many scoops you give your dog per day.
Scoop weight (in grams): Please weigh exactly one scoop of your dog’s kibble. (Tip: Place your empty scoop on the scale, tare/zero it, then fill it with kibble to get the weight of the food only).
Any helpful context: If you know why you might have extra food (e.g., you didn't open the bag right away, or you've been feeding slightly smaller portions), let us know!
Once we have this information, our team will look into adjusting your meal plan.
Can I delay my next order to help clear my backlog?
Yes, absolutely! You can easily push back your next delivery date to give your dog time to finish their current supply. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to change your delivery date here.
⚠️ Important Note: Delaying your next order will delay all items in that box, including wet food and treats.
What if I still need my wet food or treats?
