My wet food trays have arrived damaged
We'd never want your dog’s food to arrive in less-than-perfect condition, and we're always looking at where we can make improvements when things go wrong.

In your message, could you share with us the following:
- Was there any damage to the outer box that the delivery arrived in?
- Could you please send us a photo of the outer box (if damaged) and the wet food trays?
- How many trays were damaged in total?
- How was the wet food packed - on top of the dry food, down the side or under it?
