How to change your delivery date or get your order faster
If you need your next box as soon as possible, you can bring your delivery date forward or upgrade your courier directly from your account.
Option 1: Upgrade to our premium courier service (DPD)
If DPD is available in your area, you can update your delivery courier to arrange for your delivery to come a little faster. You can do this from your online Dashboard by following the steps below:
Choose 'Account' from the menu bar.
Under 'Delivery details' choose 'Update'.
Once you've updated your delivery service, choose 'Save Changes' and select when you'd like your order.
Please note: DPD is a paid delivery service. If you don't want to use them ongoing, you will need to change back to your original courier service once you've received your order.
Option 2: Bring your next delivery date forward
If you just want to move your order to the earliest available date using our standard courier, you can easily change your next delivery date by logging into your online Dashboard:

Just follow these steps:
- Select 'change date' in the 'Next delivery' section.
2. Then choose your new delivery date/ window to as soon as possible and click 'Update'
3. The page will refresh and your new delivery date/window will now be displayed on your Dashboard
Important Notes:
Check your 'Last date for changes': Due to the way each unique recipe is made, we cannot make any changes to the courier or the delivery date once an order is already in progress. Please ensure you make these updates before the deadline displayed on your Dashboard.
Full box delivery: Bringing your delivery date forward will deliver your entire monthly order early, including any wet food and treats.
