If you’re not at home when our couriers come to deliver your Tails.com food, we can leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour.

Update delivery instructions on your delivery app

If you'd like a contact-free delivery you can add specific instructions so the delivery driver knows what to do.

If your deliveries are sent with Yodel the easiest way to add instructions is via the Yodel App.

If your deliveries are sent with DPD the easiest way to add instructions is via the DPD App.

Update delivery instructions on your account

Alternatively, you can update your delivery instructions by logging in to your online Dashboard and following these steps:

Choose 'Account' from the menu bar

2. Next to 'Delivery Details' choose ‘Update’

3. Update your delivery instructions, and when you’re happy, choose ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.

Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
