Your delivery frequency
Adult Dogs: Delivered to your door once a month. If you aren't home, it will be left in your designated safe place.
Puppies (under 14 weeks): Delivered every two weeks to ensure the recipe keeps up with their rapidly changing nutritional needs.
How to change your delivery date
If you need to change when your food arrives, you can easily adjust this through your online account.
Important: Please make sure you're logged into your account before clicking on the links below
Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online Dashboard and select 'change date' in the 'Next delivery' section.
2. Then choose your new delivery date/window and click 'Update'
3. The page will refresh and your new delivery date/window will now be displayed on your Dashboard.
Your future delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.
Note: Make sure to make any changes a few days before your order is due to be processed. You can see how many days you have left you have to make changes on your Dashboard, underneath your delivery date.
