While we always aim to get your dog’s Tails.com box delivered right on time, we know that unexpected delays can occasionally happen. If your delivery window has passed and your parcel hasn't arrived, here is everything you need to know about tracking your order and what to do next.
How to track your box
Depending on which courier is handling your delivery, you can easily track your box's progress or update your delivery preferences using the guide below.
Yodel by InPost Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the last day of your expected delivery window, you can contact Yodel directly for a real-time status update.
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Yodel by InPost App, which offers several helpful tracking features:
2-Hour Delivery Window: Receive a specific two-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery day.
Live Progress Tracking: Get regular, real-time notifications showing your order's current location.

DPD Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived on your selected delivery date, you can check its status immediately by visiting DPD's dedicated delivery page or contacting them directly.

Real-Time Map Tracking: Follow your driver on a live map as they make their way to your address.
