Whilst we always aim to get your Tails.com delivery to you and your dog on time, we know that these things don't always go to plan. Here are some ways to view further information on your parcel.
My order hasn't arrived yet - what can I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the last day of your delivery window, you can get in touch with Yodel directly for more information: Tracking My Parcel
You can also download the Yodel App to your phone which includes the following features:
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
- Regular updates about where your parcel is.
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this).
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived on the date you have selected, you can get in touch with DPD directly for more information: When Will My Parcel Arrive?
You can also download the DPD App to your phone which includes the following features:
- Live parcel tracking
- 30-minute delivery alerts
- In flight options - have your parcel delivered another day or pick it up from your local DPD depot.
