How can I change the flavour of my dog's dry food?
If your dog prefers different flavours or just fancies a change, just log in to your online Dashboard to change the flavours in their recipe. Just follow the steps below:
- Choose ‘Dog profiles’ from the menu bar
2. Under the 'Feeding' section, select your dog's favourite flavours or textures and then choose 'Continue'
You can also choose to exclude certain ingredients from your dog's dry food recipe.
Please note: We'll take your dog's flavour preferences into account when creating their unique recipe, however updating these won't always guarantee a change in flavour. Their nutritional needs will always take priority.
If you change your dog's favourite flavours, you may see a difference in feeding plan or price, depending on the new recipe required. We’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes.
