How can I change the flavour of my dog's kibble?
If your dog prefers different flavours or just fancies a change, just log in to your online Dashboard to change the flavours in their recipe. Just follow the steps below:
- Head to ‘Dog profiles’ on the menu bar
2. Under the 'Feeding' section, click 'Update' next 'Favourite flavours'.
3. You can then choose which flavour/ flavours your dog enjoys the most and then select 'Continue'.
4. You'll then be shown your dog's new feeding plan, just select 'Confirm changes'.
Please note: We'll take your dog's flavour preferences into account when creating their unique recipe, however updating these won't always guarantee a change in flavour. Their nutritional needs will always take priority.
If you change your dog's favourite flavours, you may see a difference in feeding plan or price, depending on the new recipe required. We’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes.
