Standard Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service delivers to mainland UK.
We currently deliver to most areas within the United Kingdom except for the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey).
Our standard delivery service operates Monday - Saturday.
Named Day Delivery
In some areas of the UK we also offer a named day delivery service. This is our premium delivery service and costs £3.99 per month.
Our named day delivery service operates Monday - Friday.
How do I change couriers?
You can update your delivery service from your online Dashboard by following the steps below:
1. Choose 'Account' from the menu bar
2. Under 'Delivery details' choose 'Update'
3. Once you've updated your delivery service, choose 'Save changes'
Please note: Bank Holiday deliveries may differ. During the Christmas period, we will make sure your dog receives their food before the bank holiday days and will let you know if that means your delivery days are moved forward that month.
