Delivery services and how to update your couriers
We offer flexible delivery options to make sure your dog’s food always arrives right on time.

Holiday Deliveries: Bank holiday deliveries may differ. During the Christmas period, we will make sure your dog receives their food before the bank holiday days and will let you know if that means your delivery days are moved forward that month.
How to change your delivery service or courier option
Before you start: Please make sure you are logged into your online account dashboard before clicking any links below
You can update your delivery service from your online Dashboard by following the steps below:
1. Log in and select 'My account' from the main menu bar
2. Under 'Delivery details' choose 'Update'
3. Once you've updated your delivery service, choose 'Save changes'
Important Deadline: Any changes to your delivery service must be saved before your "last date for changes" for that month. If your next box is already in progress, your new delivery preference will automatically apply to the following month's box.
