Understanding your monthly price
Because every dog is unique, their food should be too! At Tails.com, there is no set price. The price you pay is completely tailored to your individual dog.
If you are new to us, you can easily view your exact monthly price by creating a profile for your dog, you'll see your ongoing monthly price before making any payments.
Where can I view my monthly price?
Before you start: Please make sure you are logged into your Tails.com account before clicking any links below.
You can check the price and a full breakdown of your next box at any time from your online Dashboard:
Log into your account.
Head to the 'Deliveries' tab on the main menu.
3. Select the upcoming delivery you want to view. Here, you’ll see a full price breakdown, including any discounts, wet food, or treats in your box.

Why has my monthly price changed?
If you notice that your monthly total has gone up or down, it is usually down to one of the following reasons:
Updates to your dog's profile: If you update your dog’s details for example their weight, age, activity level, portion sizes or ingredients, their monthly price may change. For example, switching from a chicken-based recipe to a lamb-based recipe may change the cost, as some ingredients are more expensive than others.
An introductory discount has ended: If you signed up using a promotional offer (like 50% off your first box), your subsequent boxes will return to their standard full price.
Changes in supplier costs: Occasionally, the cost of high-quality raw ingredients, packaging, or transportation increases. We only adjust our pricing when absolutely necessary to ensure we never have to compromise on the quality of your dog's nutrition.
What should I do if I can't afford my monthly price?
We never want a dog to miss out on tailored nutrition. If your current plan is stretching your budget, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team.
We can make small tweaks to your dog's recipe, adjust your delivery frequency, or remove optional extras (like wet food or treats) to help bring the monthly cost down for you.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes! Whilst VAT invoices aren't automatically generated in your Dashboard, our Customer Experience Team is happy to create them for you. Please have a read here, to see how to request one.
