You’re always in control of your tails.com account, and can update your delivery address by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose Account from the menu bar
- Under 'Delivery details' choose ‘Update’
- Choose 'Change' next to your address, enter your postcode and then choose 'Find address'
- Select your new delivery address from the dropdown, or if it's not listed, choose 'Not listed' and enter your new delivery address
- If you have different delivery instructions at your new address, you can update these under 'Delivery instructions' too
- When you’re happy, scroll down and choose ‘Save changes’ to confirm.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
