I've moved house - how do I update my delivery address for future orders?
You’re always in control of your Tails.com account, and can update your delivery address by logging in to your online dashboard and following these steps:
1. Choose Account from the menu bar
2.Under 'Delivery details' choose ‘Update’
3. Choose 'Change' next to your address, enter your postcode and then choose 'Find address'
4. Select your new delivery address from the dropdown, or if it's not listed, choose 'Not listed' and enter your new delivery address
5. If you have different delivery instructions at your new address, you can update these under 'Delivery instructions' too
6. When you’re happy, scroll down and choose ‘Save changes’ to confirm
I'm going away, how do I update my delivery address for one order?
That's no problem at all - just follow the instructions above to change your delivery address for your order if you're going away on holiday or staying with family/friends. Once you're back, before your next order is due, just make sure you update your delivery address back to your home address.
Please note: make sure you check the ‘last date for changes’ as we can’t make any changes to your delivery instructions once an order is in progress.
